Haley Jensen (Board Chair) is President of Key North Capital (KNC), a diversified management company based in Dallas, Texas. KNC manages a diverse portfolio including private and public assets in industries including technology and related services, reinsurance and automotive sales and service. Haley has experience in a broad base of industries including insurance and insurance agency and service-related industries, financial services, business process outsourcing and call centers, membership based and affinity organizations, healthcare services, and technology and telecommunications services. In addition to her role at KNC, Haley serves on boards for multiple private companies and charitable foundations. Prior to KNC, Haley served as the President of NMCFS, a sales agency located in Dallas and as the President of Membership.com. Haley was born and raised in Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
